Rose Salo is a fully licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) in San Diego. She specializes in aesthetic and wellness medicine, with an emphasis in cosmetic dermatology.
Rose graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a pre-med degree. After completing her Master's PA Program, Rose practiced in urgent care and plastic surgery, where she developed a robust medical foundation and discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine.
Since then, Rose became the clinic director for a prominent medical spa for 2 years, where she was the lead clinician for Botox, dermal fillers, laser procedures, hormone replacement therapy, and IV therapy.
When the COVID-19 pandemic began, Rose knew that house calls are the safest, most convenient way for her clients to continue to maintain their aesthetic wellness goals. Shortly thereafter, San Diego IV transformed from a promising vision into an amazing reality.

Hi! I’m Janell.
I have been an RN for 8 years. I’m passionate about making everyone look and feel their best from the inside out, from IVs to aesthetic treatments! I love to enhance my patients already beautiful features. I always say 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞. 😊
I’ve been meticulously trained alongside Rose, master injector for almost three years. I’m an expert in filler, botox and advanced treatments such as full facial balancing.
I’ve also personally been getting aesthetic work done for close to 10 years. I know firsthand how much a little Botox and filler can improve your self-esteem and confidence, and in turn, 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭!
